FluentAI App is an AI-powered language learning application offering conversational practice, vocabulary, grammar, podcasts, pronunciation, and related learning tools.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it unlawfully; sending spam or fraudulent content; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware; probing, scanning, scraping, or interfering with the Service or its security; attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits; or reselling or redistributing the Service without our permission.
Because the Service uses generative AI, you additionally agree not to use it to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, malware, or to attempt jailbreaks. You are responsible for your prompts, the inputs you provide, how you use outputs, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have rights to any content you submit. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Termsin addition to these Terms.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account or the Paddle customer portal.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
